## General and Position-Specific Qualifications
To ensure our high standards of plantation management are met, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a closely related discipline.
* Experience: At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the palm oil plantation sector. Prior experience managing tidal land areas (pasang surut) will be considered a distinct advantage.
* Role 1 (Development Director): Proven expertise in overseeing new land development projects, encompassing both agronomic planning and heavy infrastructure establishment.
* Role 3 (Head of Administration): Strong proficiency in estate administration, financial reporting, monthly closing procedures, operational budget control, petty cash management, and comprehensive inventory oversight.
* Role 5 (Estate Department Assistant): Thorough understanding of palm oil quality standards and grading metrics.
* Role 6 (Nursery Assistant): In-depth knowledge of palm oil nursery techniques, ranging from initial seed germination to preparing planting materials for newly cleared zones.
* Role 7 (Land Clearing Assistant): Demonstrated capability in executing systematic land clearing strategies for new plantation expansions.
* Role 8 (Traction Assistant): Comprehensive familiarity with spare parts management, vehicle repair administration (VRA), workshop repair administration (WRA), and heavy equipment maintenance.
* General Requirements: Readiness to undergo an initial online interview process, willingness to be stationed in South Sumatra (OKI or Banyuasin regions), and availability to join the company as soon as possible (ASAP).
