In alignment with Presidential Instruction Number 8 of 2025 regarding the optimization of poverty alleviation, the Ministry of Social Affairs is spearheading the establishment of 59 Sekolah Rakyat locations across the archipelago. To staff these institutions, the government is opening 853 vacancies for First-Expert Functional Teacher positions through the 2025 Phase II Recruitment process. This initiative is a collaborative effort involving the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education (Kemendikdasmen), the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan & RB), and the National Civil Service Agency (BKN).

* Age range: 20 to 45 years at the time of appointment.
* Clean record regarding criminal convictions and prior employment termination from civil or private service.
* Possession of an undergraduate degree (S-1) or Diploma IV.
* Must hold a Professional Teacher Certificate (Sertifikat Pendidik) through the PPG Pre-service program.
* Must be free from any active political affiliations.
Specialized Requirements:
* A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
* Must have completed the 2024 ASN PPPK selection process and be registered in the SSCASN portal.
* Verified health status, including being free from narcotics and substances (NAPZA).
* Psychological and physical readiness to live and work within a boarding school environment.
## Selection Roadmap and Procedures
The recruitment process is structured into two primary stages to ensure merit-based selection.
1. Initial Assessment (Kemendikdasmen)
