## Key Responsibilities of the HR Officer

As an HR Officer stationed at the operational site, you will serve as a crucial link between management and the workforce. Your day-to-day duties will encompass the full employee lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.

* End-to-End Recruitment: Drive the complete hiring pipeline, from sourcing and interviewing top-tier talent to issuing job offers.
* Employee Lifecycle Management: Seamlessly coordinate comprehensive onboarding and structured offboarding procedures.
* HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee databases, monitor attendance tracking, and manage employment contracts.
* Payroll Operations: Oversee accurate payroll processing, handle income tax calculations (PPh 21), and administer mandatory state benefits (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan).
* Policy & Compliance: Assist in drafting and rolling out internal HR policies while guaranteeing strict adherence to Indonesian labor laws.

## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any discipline.
