The Pamsimas program for the 2026 fiscal year offers a unique opportunity for dedicated professionals to play a direct role in fostering sustainable drinking water infrastructure for communities across the nation. ## Available Positions
We are currently inviting applications for the following roles:
* Regional Coordinator/Drinking Water Advisor: Providing oversight for water management initiatives.
* Assistant Finance Advisor (APK): Managing and auditing financial components of the program.
* Administration and Finance Assistant (AKK): Ensuring smooth logistical and fiscal operations.
* Community Facilitator (FM): Working directly with local residents to support infrastructure development.
## General Qualifications
To be considered for these roles, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Possess personal computer equipment and maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
* Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Provide evidence of experience in community empowerment, specifically within the water sector.
* Commit to full-time availability and long-term placement at project sites.
* Demonstrate strong teamwork capabilities.
* Note: Candidates must not be active Civil Servants (ASN), hold permanent positions elsewhere, act as board members for local community organizations (BKM/LKM/KSM), or serve as members or representatives of political parties.
## Specific Requirements by Position
1. Regional Coordinator/Drinking Water Advisor
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Environmental or Civil Engineering.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pamsimas Provincial Coordinator, 3 years as a Pamsimas Technical FM, or 4 years of general experience in water-related programs.
2. Assistant Finance Advisor (APK)
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics or Accounting.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pamsimas Finance Assistant or 2 years as a Pamsimas Finance FM.
3. Administration and Finance Assistant (AKK)
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Social Studies, or Community Development.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Finance FM in Pamsimas or similar community-based water programs.
4. Community Facilitator (FM)
* Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Environmental, Civil, or Water Resources Engineering.
* Prior experience in Pamsimas activities is highly valued.
