## Current Job Openings
1. Welder
We are looking for a skilled Welder to execute precise fabrication tasks.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Technical Expertise: Proficient in SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW welding techniques.
* Certifications: Holding 3G–6G welding certifications is considered a strong advantage.
* Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on welding experience specifically with hydraulic tubes and piston rods.
* Competencies: Capable of utilizing measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers, and proficient in reading technical engineering drawings.
2. Assembly / Disassembly Technician
This role is vital for the smooth assembly and maintenance of heavy-duty equipment.
* Educational Background: Minimum SMK graduate, preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an Assembly Operator or Assembly Technician within heavy machinery or hydraulic cylinder industries.
* Competencies: Accustomed to utilizing calipers for precise measurements and capable of interpreting technical schematics.
3. Sales Support
We need an organized and proactive individual to assist our commercial and administrative operations.
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional background in Sales Support, Sales Administration, or general administrative roles.
* Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and skilled in drafting professional commercial quotation letters.
* Soft Skills: Highly meticulous, detail-oriented, with excellent communication abilities, proactivity, dynamism, and an agile learning mindset.
4. Inspector
Ensure our products meet the highest quality and safety standards before reaching clients.
* Educational Background: Minimum SMK graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience, preferably within pneumatic, hydraulic, cylinder, or seal manufacturing companies.
* Technical Skills: Capable of creating 2D and 3D technical drawings, utilizing precision measuring instruments (vernier calipers and micrometers), and reading complex engineering drawings.
* Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is strongly preferred.
5. PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control)
Lead our production scheduling and project monitoring workflows to maximize efficiency.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in a PPIC role.
* Core Responsibilities: Skilled in scheduling and monitoring production lifecycles from raw material procurement to finished goods, as well as planning and overseeing onsite project execution.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
