## Understanding the Role: SAP Production Admin
As a key player in the production ecosystem, the SAP Production Admin is responsible for maintaining seamless administrative workflows and accurate system transactions on the shop floor. This role bridges the gap between physical manufacturing processes and digital enterprise resource planning.
Core Responsibilities
* SAP Transaction Management: Execute and oversee daily SAP activities associated with production, including Goods Receipts (GR), Goods Issues (GI), and the tracking of factory supplies and raw materials.
* Material Administration & Control: Monitor production material flow, handle stock reservations, manage stock control and physical stock opnames, and collaborate closely with the PPIC and Warehouse departments.
* Data Recording & Performance Tracking: Input, compile, and monitor manufacturing outputs, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) metrics, daily production reports, and operational inputs from filling, cartonner, casepacker, and palletizer areas.
