## Current Career Opportunity: OCP Assistant (Purchasing TBS Assistant)
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team in East Kalimantan as an OCP Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB/TBS) suppliers through regular field visits.
* Quality Control: Perform rigorous inspection and grading of FFB to ensure compliance with company standards.
* Administrative Excellence: Prepare purchase contract documentation and manage the systemic archiving of procurement records.
* Production Oversight: Verify that FFB receipts align accurately with the Daily Production Reports (LHP) from our mills.
* Pricing & Reporting: Prepare weekly FFB price-setting documents and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all purchase payment reports.
* Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing and purchasing strategies to maintain our market competitiveness.
General Requirements
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of three years of experience in FFB purchasing or as a Plasma Assistant.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
* Placement: East Kalimantan (Site).
