We are currently recruiting for the following departments. All positions require candidates to be physically and mentally fit, with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00, and a willingness to be based in Lampung Tengah or Tulang Bawang.
1. Accounting & Finance
Responsible for the integrity of financial records and tax compliance.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing financial bookkeeping, asset inventory, and preparing timely financial reports.
* Requirements: Degree (D3/S1) in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or Business Administration. Proficient in MS Excel and experienced in managing the full accounting cycle and financial statements.
2. Civil Engineering
Focused on infrastructure development and project maintenance.
* Key Responsibilities: Creating design plans, cost estimation, monitoring maintenance progress, and coordinating site activities.
* Requirements: D3/S1 in Civil Engineering with at least one year of construction experience. Proficient in AutoCAD and material analysis.
3. Drone Team & Technology Development
Dedicated to high-tech field operations and digital infrastructure.
* Drone Operations: Field mapping, aerial inspection, and equipment maintenance.
* Web/IoT Development: Designing secure, efficient websites and IoT systems. Requires proficiency in JavaScript, Python, ReactJS, NodeJS, or hardware coding.
4. Factory Operations
The backbone of our sugar production, divided into six core divisions:
* Mill & Boiler: Steam and juice production management.
* Process House: Crystallization and refining.
* Electric & Instrument: Power supply and sensor maintenance.
* Engineering Service: Preventive maintenance of production machinery.
* Laboratory: Quality control and chemical analysis.
* FAS: Administrative and operational support.
Degrees preferred: Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or Food Technology.*
5. Plantation Department
Overseeing land preparation, planting, and harvesting to ensure optimal sugar yield. This department includes specialized teams for pest control, agricultural research, and irrigation management.
* Requirements: D3/D4/S1 in Agriculture, Forestry, Sciences (Math, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Stats), or Engineering.
6. Legal & Personnel
Managing industrial relations and regulatory compliance.
* Requirements: S1 in Law or equivalent. Strong understanding of government business policies and data analysis.
7. Warehouse, Inventory & Finished Goods
Managing the lifecycle of materials from procurement to dispatch.
* Responsibilities: Ensuring FIFO inventory compliance, conducting stock audits, and managing warehouse cleanliness and security.
8. Workshop
Responsible for the readiness of heavy machinery, tractors, and agricultural vehicles.
* Requirements: D3/S1 in Mechanical, Agricultural, or Electrical Engineering. Proficient in mechanical diagnostics and repair.
