We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented professional to manage and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across inbound, outbound, and inventory operations.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Compile daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance data.
* Analyze trends, identify operational variances, and deliver actionable insights.
* Design visual infographics, executive summaries, and dashboards using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or CorelDraw.
* Provide robust analytical support to the Control Tower division.
* Requirements:
* Minimum D3/S1 degree in Business Administration, Management, or Industrial Engineering.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.

* Familiar with WMS, FIFO, and FEFO inventory principles.
8. Forklift Operator (Cibitung, MM2100 Placement)
Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently to support warehouse workflows.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Execute inbound put-away and outbound picking/replenishment tasks.
* Conduct pre-operation and post-operation safety checks on all assigned equipment.
* Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of proven experience operating material handling equipment in manufacturing, logistics, or retail.
* Mandatory possession of an active Forklift Operator License / SIO.
