Candidate Qualifications
We are seeking high-potential candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Recent graduates (Fresh Graduates) holding a D4 or S1 degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Hospitality, Marketing, Psychology, Communication, or Business Administration.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is considered a significant advantage.
* Passion for F&B: A genuine interest in the dynamic food and beverage sector.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional adaptability, strong interpersonal communication, and proven organizational leadership experience.
* Drive and Initiative: A proactive mindset with a demonstrated desire to achieve results and hit performance targets.
Program Requirements and Placement
To ensure candidates are fully prepared for the challenges of our operations, the following conditions apply:
1. Geographic Mobility: Candidates must be willing to be placed at any Mie Gacoan operational location across Indonesia upon completion of the one-year training program.
2. Training Location: The initial training phase will be conducted in Malang and Surabaya.
3. Selection Process: Candidates must be available for the User Selection process, which includes Focus Group Discussions (FGD) and User Committee Interviews. This can be conducted offline at our Head Office in Malang or online for candidates located outside of Java.
