## Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the 2026 Management Trainee cohort, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (S-1) in Civil Engineering.
2. Academic Excellence: Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.00.
3. Age Limit: Be no older than 25 years as of April 2, 2026.
4. Marital Status: Must be unmarried and willing to remain unmarried for the duration of the Management Trainee program.
5. Mobility: Must be prepared to be stationed at any PT. Minarta Dutahutama project site across Indonesia.
## Terms and Conditions
Selected candidates will be expected to commit to the professional growth path provided by the company. The following conditions apply to all successful applicants:
* Service Bond: Candidates must agree to a mandatory two-year service bond following the conclusion of the training period.
