## Core Responsibilities of the Role
Participants in the Fresh Graduate Program will gain hands-on experience by working alongside industry experts. Your daily contributions will be integral to our operational success and include the following:
* Operational and Project Support: Assist various departments with day-to-day workflows, business execution, and high-impact cross-functional projects.
* Administrative Excellence: Oversee essential documentation, maintain organized record filing systems, and prepare detailed internal reports.
* Process Optimization: Actively identify opportunities to refine departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and present actionable solutions to enhance efficiency.
* Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Engage with our diverse, multinational teams, assist in corporate communication efforts, and facilitate seamless reporting across global branches.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for individuals who possess a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment. To be eligible for the program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Recent graduates (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree holders) from accredited universities, with a preference for majors in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Information Technology, Law, or related fields.
* Geographic Flexibility: Applicants must be willing to work at our corporate locations in Jakarta or Subang, West Java.
* Key Competencies: Strong analytical capabilities, a rapid learning curve, a proactive work ethic, and a logical approach to problem-solving.
* Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in English. Candidates with bilingual abilities in Mandarin will be viewed as having a significant competitive advantage.
