## Management Trainee (Production)
We are looking for motivated candidates to join our production-related divisions, including Press Dies, Welding/Assembly, Painting, QA/QC, and Maintenance.

Essential Qualifications
* Male, minimum 21 years of age.
* Minimum D3–S1 degree in a relevant field with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
* Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
* High level of integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Physical and mental health; must not be color blind.
* Proficiency in English, Japanese, or Mandarin is considered a significant advantage.
* Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry (internships or projects) is highly preferred.
* Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 is a plus.
Recommended Certifications
* Technical: CAD/AutoCAD, Electrical K3, Mechanical Technician, Welding Inspector (BNSP), or Maintenance/Mechatronics certifications.
* QA/QC: Quality Control/Inspector or Measurement competency.
* Language: HSK (Mandarin), JLPT (Japanese), or TOEFL/TOEIC (English).
## Management Trainee (Non-Production)
Our administrative and support divisions are seeking qualified candidates to help drive operational excellence across various corporate departments.
Available Departments
* Operations & Finance: HRGA, Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT), Purchasing, PPIC, Warehouse & Logistics.
* Technical & Specialized: IT, EXIM (Export/Import), R&D.
* Client Relations: Marketing, Mandarin Translator, Japanese Translator.
Target Academic Backgrounds
* Management (HR/Finance/Ops), Accounting, Taxation, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, International Relations, Logistics/SCM.
* Technical Fields: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, IT, Information Systems, Computer Science.
* Language Specialists: Mandarin (Literature/Education), Japanese (Literature/Education/Culture).
General Qualifications
* Male or Female, minimum 21 years of age.
* Minimum D3–S1 degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Willingness to participate in intensive training and departmental rotation.
* Possession of relevant BNSP, Ministry of Manpower, or Customs certifications is a competitive advantage.
