## Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
As our GMP Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the rigorous standards that define our production process. You will oversee the implementation of quality assurance protocols and safety standards, ensuring that our facility operates at peak efficiency while adhering to international compliance regulations.
## Required Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a solid technical background and a proactive mindset. To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Engineering or a related technical field.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Halal Assurance Systems (SJH), ISO standards, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3).
* Industry Expertise: Familiarity with plastic production machinery and complex manufacturing operations.
* Leadership Background: Preference will be given to candidates who have served as a Coordinator or Team Leader within manufacturing or production operations.
* Availability: Must be willing to work on either a shift or non-shift schedule as required.
