The Tender Administration specialist plays a vital role in securing new business opportunities by ensuring every bidding process is handled with absolute accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Document Preparation: Accurately prepare, manage, and compile comprehensive tender documents in strict accordance with project requirements.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments to gather all necessary data and documentation required for comprehensive submissions.
* Timely Submission: Guarantee that all tender packages are submitted strictly on schedule and adhere to all regulatory procedures.
* Tracking and Monitoring: Monitor ongoing tender statuses, perform necessary follow-ups, and maintain an organized database of all active tenders and project information.
