We are looking for dedicated, proactive individuals to fill key roles within our Indonesian operations. Below are the details for our current open positions.
1. Senior Legal Counsel
Reporting directly to the Legal Manager of Operations, the Senior Legal Counsel will provide comprehensive legal oversight across all departments, focusing on procurement, operational projects, and base business activities.
* Contract Management: Draft and negotiate complex agreements, including FEED, EPCI, O&M, drilling, and marine charter contracts, ensuring strict compliance with PTK-007 and internal policies.
* Dispute Resolution: Manage legal claims and represent the company’s interests in external legal proceedings.
* Regulatory Compliance: Monitor local laws and guidelines, ensuring business activities adhere to all Indonesian regulations.
* Strategic Advisory: Participate in tender committees and provide actionable legal insights to leadership.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree is preferred).
* Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel in the oil and gas sector or with a reputable law firm.
* Certifications: PTK-007 certification and active membership in the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) are highly advantageous.
* Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to draft high-level legal documentation in English.
2. Project Officer (Agribusiness & Carbon Offset)
The Project Officer will be instrumental in launching and managing new ventures related to agriculture and carbon offset production, ensuring all initiatives align with global standards and local regulations.
* Initiative Development: Support the promotion and management of agribusiness and carbon sequestration projects.
* Stakeholder Relations: Act as a liaison with local agricultural partners and suppliers to secure raw materials.
* Supply Chain Oversight: Manage logistics and supply chain services to ensure consistent feedstock distribution.
* Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies throughout the project lifecycle.
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
* Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally within the agribusiness or oil and gas sectors.
* Competencies: Proficiency in international HSE standards, strong data-driven communication skills, and fluency in both technical and conversational English.
