## Candidate Requirements
To thrive in our fast-paced automotive environment, ideal candidates should meet the following qualifications:
* Education: Minimum D3, D4, or S1 degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics, Industrial Engineering, Product Design, or Informatics Engineering.
* Experience: We welcome both fresh graduates and professionals with 1–2 years of relevant experience in automotive manufacturing.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of electronic software tools such as Eagle, Proteus, Altium, and LTspice, combined with deep knowledge of embedded systems.
* Analytical Mindset: A proven ability to approach tasks with a technical, mathematical, and analytical mindset.
* Core Competencies: Proficiency in handling electronic projects, including electrical design, PCB layout, component analysis, and simulation.
* Communication: Fluency in English is mandatory for collaboration within our professional ecosystem.
