PT Daikin Manufacturing Indonesia is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our logistics team as a Staff Store (Warehouse). This role is vital to ensuring the seamless flow of materials that support our high-standard production processes.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will play an essential role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our warehouse operations. Your daily tasks will include:
* Material Processing: Handling both incoming and outgoing material transactions with high precision.
* Documentation Management: Preparing, organizing, and managing delivery notes to ensure smooth logistics.
* Inventory Control: Leading and assisting in weekly and monthly stock opname (inventory counting) exercises to maintain inventory integrity.
* Archiving: Filing and maintaining operational documents in a structured, professional, and easily accessible system.
Professional Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate a blend of technical expertise and organizational discipline. We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics Management or a related field.
2. Experience: At least one year of professional experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role.
3. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience working with SAP software.
4. Logistics Knowledge: A deep understanding of FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management and structured document control procedures.
