## Currently Hiring: Quality Control Operator
PT Daikin Industries Indonesia is currently seeking detail-oriented and highly skilled Quality Control Operators to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high-performance standards synonymous with the Daikin brand.
Job Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive visual, dimensional, and specification inspections on incoming supplier materials based on technical datasheets and blueprints.
* Analyze inspection data to propose actionable improvements, ensuring continuous enhancement of product quality.
* Document and maintain accurate daily inspection and defect reports.
* Verify parts returned from the production line or field for quality assurance.
* Collaborate closely with team leaders to address material abnormalities or non-conformities.
* Ensure strict compliance with company quality standards, Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations, and 5S workplace principles.
Authority
* Provide official judgment on the status of incoming materials (Accept/Reject).
* Finalize inspection determinations based on established engineering and safety standards.
## Qualifications and Technical Expertise
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate a blend of technical proficiency and rigorous attention to detail.
* Experience: Minimum of 1–5 years of experience as a Quality Operator, preferably within the electrical/electronic, automotive, metal stamping, or injection molding sectors.
* Technical Skills:
* Proficiency with precision measuring instruments including Multimeters, LCR Meters, Calipers, and Gauges.
* Ability to interpret and understand complex technical drawings and datasheets.
* Solid grasp of electrical circuits, electronic components, and soldering techniques.
* Computer literacy with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting purposes.
* Physical and Academic Requirements:
* Physically fit with excellent visual acuity (maximum +/- 1 correction), with no history of color blindness (total or partial).
* Strong academic performance in Mathematics as indicated on official diplomas/transcripts.
* Flexibility and willingness to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
