Candidate Requirements

* Education: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or those with up to two years of professional experience.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Skill Set: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent analytical thinking, and effective communication skills.
* Attributes: Confident, creative, results-oriented, and highly adaptive to new challenges.
* Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any company branch and travel to various site locations as required.
