## Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

* Policy Implementation: Successfully roll out and enforce occupational health, safety (OHS), and environmental protection policies across the facility.
* Routine Inspections: Conduct regular safety audits to identify potential hazards and ensure a secure operating environment for all staff.
* Risk Management: Proactively evaluate workplace risks, manage incident responses, and formulate comprehensive accident reports when necessary.
* Safety Training: Educate employees on essential safety protocols and the correct usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all operational practices strictly adhere to prevailing HSE legislation and local laws.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma 3 (D3) degree in a relevant discipline.
Mandatory Certification: Must hold a valid General Occupational Health and Safety Expert certificate (Sertifikat AK3 Umum*).
* Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of OHS and environmental workflows, alongside comprehensive knowledge of related legislative frameworks.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office applications and working knowledge of AutoCAD software.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
* Work Ethic: Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team, with the resilience to perform effectively under pressure.
* Experience: Prior professional experience working in an HSE capacity within a corporate manufacturing or industrial setting will be considered a distinct advantage.
