* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Marketing, Communication, Management, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 to 3 years of experience in a Sales or Marketing role. Previous experience within the media, television, or event organizing (EO) sectors is highly regarded.
* Networking: An existing network of professional contacts, advertising agencies, or corporate advertisers is considered a significant advantage.
