As a Production Administrator, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our manufacturing workflows, managing production data, and ensuring operational efficiency across our supply chain.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any relevant field.
* Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year of working experience, preferably within the garment or textile manufacturing industry.
* Technical Competencies: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including a strong command of formulas and data analysis tools such as `VLOOKUP`, `HLOOKUP`, `PIVOT` tables, logical `IF` statements, and related functions.
* Work Arrangement: Willing to work on-site (Work From Office / WFO) at our Bandung location.
2. Finishing & Quality Control Operator (Operator Finishing & QC)
This hands-on role is essential for maintaining our high standards of garment craftsmanship. You will oversee the final stages of production to ensure every piece meets our strict quality assurance guidelines before reaching the market.
* Educational Background: High School Diploma or Vocational School Graduate (SMA/SMK).
* Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in garment production, finishing, or quality control.
* Technical Competencies: Comprehensive understanding of garment steam processes, button attachment techniques, manual finishing procedures, and standard Quality Control (QC) inspection protocols.
