## Current Job Openings: Frontliner Positions
BCA Syariah is looking for dynamic professionals to serve as the primary ambassadors of the bank through the Frontliner program, encompassing both Customer Service and Teller roles.
1. Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service role is pivotal in building lasting relationships with clients and identifying financial solutions tailored to their unique needs.
* Product Marketing Support: Actively promote bank funds, services, and alternative financial products that align with customer requirements.
* Service Excellence: Deliver high-quality, professional service to branch visitors while strictly adhering to established standard operating procedures.
* Needs Assessment & Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their financial goals and provide up-to-date information to both clients and prospective customers.
* Account Administration: Efficiently process applications for account opening and closing, facility issuance or revocation, customer data updates, and various banking services.
* Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services to maximize client value.
* Inquiry Management: Handle balance inquiries, account mutations, checkbook or Giro issuance, returned clearing instruments, and monthly statements.
* Transaction Processing & Resolution: Prepare manual journals for customer service transactions and proactively handle customer complaints or inquiries to ensure complete satisfaction.
2. Professional Teller
The Teller role ensures seamless, accurate, and secure daily front-office cash and transactional operations.
* Operational Execution: Handle front-office transactions efficiently in compliance with Islamic banking regulations and internal procedures.
* Transaction Processing: Process incoming financial transactions accurately according to regulatory and institutional guidelines.
* System and Offline Management: Resolve Communication Time Out (CTO) or offline transaction discrepancies promptly.
* Cash Management: Manage cash supply within designated cash box limits according to assigned teller thresholds.
* End-of-Day Balancing: Conduct thorough daily balancing procedures to reconcile all transactions before close of business.
* Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve any cash or transaction discrepancies on the exact same business day.
* Product Promotion: Participate in cross-selling initiatives for bank products and services.
* General Operations: Execute other front-office operational tasks aligned with BCA Syariah’s strategic work programs and policies.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure the highest standards of service delivery, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Age Limit: Maximum 27 years old.
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any academic major.
* Soft Skills: Highly communicative, persuasive, friendly, and meticulous with a strong attention to detail.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a banking Customer Service representative or Teller, with strong preference given to alumni of the BCA Bakti Internship program (Magang Bakti BCA*).
* Sales Competency: Demonstrated ability and willingness to execute product cross-selling.
* Work Location: Fully willing to be placed at branch offices located in Jabodetabek, Palembang, Medan, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Solo, or Surabaya.
