1. Production Staff – Japanese Speaker (Code: MACO)
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to manage documentation and facilitate communication within our production division.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Organize, maintain, and archive production-related documentation.
* Support internal and external compliance audits.
* Oversee document lifecycles, including the disposal of obsolete records.
* Act as a linguistic bridge by translating between Japanese, Indonesian, and English.
* Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Minimum JLPT N3 certification.
* Strong background in document control and administrative best practices.
* Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
2. & 3. Quality Staff – P1 & P3 (Code: QA-P3)
Our Quality department is seeking proactive team members to uphold our rigorous standards of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Execute dimensional inspections using precision measurement equipment.
* Conduct in-process and final product verification to ensure strict adherence to customer specifications.
* Analyze measurement data to track quality trends and drive performance improvements.
* Identify "No-Good" (NG) components and lead corrective and preventive action initiatives.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Production teams.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* At least one year of prior experience in a Quality-related role within a manufacturing environment.
* Proficiency in operating technical measurement tools, including micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and height gauges.
