1. Management Trainee
We are looking for future leaders to join our key operational departments, including Body Manufacturing, Stamping & Tools, Logistics, and Marketing.
* Education: Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree with a minimum GPA of 3.50/4.00.
* Majors: Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, Management, or Accounting.
* Experience: Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience.
* Requirements: Passion for autobody manufacturing and strong leadership potential.
2. Manager Business Development (Asset Management)
Oversee the lifecycle of corporate assets to ensure optimal performance and value.
* Responsibilities: Inventory audits, asset procurement, and disposal planning.
