## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure our future leaders are fully equipped for the challenges of nationwide distribution management, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Professional Background: A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Supervisor, OR at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager within the FMCG or pharmaceutical sector.
* Educational Attainment: A Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any discipline from a reputable university.
* Core Competencies: Highly target-driven, possessing uncompromised integrity, exceptional problem-solving skills, and natural leadership qualities.
* Mobility & Licensing: Must possess a valid driving license (SIM A) and maintain a willingness to be placed at any PT. Antarmitra Sembada branch across Indonesia.
