As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, leading your team to success, and ensuring we meet our performance milestones.
* Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.

* Performance-Driven: A results-oriented mindset with a clear focus on achieving organizational targets.

* Availability: Must be available for a full-time commitment.
* Placement: Willingness to be assigned to Denpasar, Tangerang, Cikarang, or Bintaro.
2. Operational Staff (Office Boy)
Our Operational Staff are the backbone of our branches, ensuring that our facilities remain conducive to learning and student success.
* Educational Requirement: High school diploma (SMA) or equivalent.
* Character: Demonstrates high attention to detail, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Team Player: Capable of working effectively within a collaborative environment.
* Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with staff and students.
* Availability: Full-time commitment is required.
* Placement: Willingness to be stationed in Denpasar, Tangerang, Cikarang, or Bintaro.
* Housing Requirement: This position includes a mandatory requirement to reside in the provided company dormitory (mess).
