## Role Overview: Production Operator
The Production Operator plays a vital role in our manufacturing ecosystem, ensuring that our signature cakes are produced to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
As a member of our production line, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing processes. Your primary duties will include:
* End-to-End Production: Managing the cake manufacturing process from the initial preparation stages through to final product completion.
* Operational Excellence: Adhering strictly to the instructions provided by team leaders to ensure workflow continuity.
* Workplace Standards: Implementing and maintaining the 5R (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) methodology to ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
* Precision and Efficiency: Executing production tasks with speed and accuracy, ensuring every output meets our rigorous corporate quality standards.
