## Open Positions
1. Recruitment Staff (AKAD)
As a Recruitment Staff member, you will play a critical role in sourcing and managing the workforce essential to our operational success. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycles, ensuring our fields and facilities are staffed with the talent needed to drive production.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational roles, including mass hiring and manpower fulfillment.
* Execute sourcing, screening, administrative selection, and candidate interviews.
* Coordinate with the Department of Manpower regarding AKAD, AKL, and WLKP regulations.
* Conduct business travel to various regions to source candidates and manage labor agencies.
* Oversee the acquisition of field workers, including harvesters, maintenance teams, and daily workers.
* Maintain accurate records and analyze recruitment data to support management decision-making.
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in mass hiring or operational workforce management.
* Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and labor regulations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Ability to travel across Indonesia as required by company operations.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
2. Financial Monitoring Staff (KSO)
The Financial Monitoring Staff ensures the integrity and efficiency of our joint operational (KSO) activities. You will be the guardian of financial discipline, ensuring that all fiscal operations align with our strategic goals and budgetary frameworks.
* Monitor and control transactions and financial activities within KSO units.
* Review and verify financial documentation, invoices, and payment evidence.
* Analyze budget realizations and identify discrepancies between actual costs and projections.
* Conduct financial data reconciliations to ensure reporting accuracy.
* Prepare systematic financial monitoring reports for executive review.
* Coordinate with accounting and operational units to resolve administrative or financial bottlenecks.
* Support audit processes and identify potential financial risks.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, auditing, or controlling.
* Solid grasp of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
* Previous experience with Joint Operation (KSO) frameworks is highly preferred.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
* Integrity and the ability to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines.
