The Jakarta Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, and SMEs (Dinas PPKUKM) is officially seeking highly motivated and talented professionals to join the Jakarta Creative Hub team for the 2026 fiscal year. ## Available Positions
We are currently opening recruitment for seven specialized roles to support the operational excellence of the Jakarta Creative Hub:
1. Creative Manager/Head: 1 position
2. Assistant Creative Manager: 1 position
3. IT & Asset Development Staff: 1 position
4. Social Media Specialist: 1 position
5. Multimedia & Graphic Designer: 1 position
6. Event Activation Specialist: 1 position
7. General Admin: 1 position

## General Eligibility Requirements
All applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria to be considered for any of the listed positions:
* Must be an Indonesian Citizen (WNI) in good physical and mental health.
* Must be free from narcotics and have no prior criminal record involving imprisonment.
* Must possess an active Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP).
* Must maintain an active Bank Jakarta account.
* Must hold a valid NIB (KBLI 70209 – Management Consulting Activities).
* Must possess an active SIKAP account.
* Must be willing to commit to full-time work and must not hold any concurrent professional roles within other government units (SKPD/UKPD).

## Specific Qualifications
Each role requires a unique set of skills and professional backgrounds:
* Creative Manager/Head: Bachelor’s degree, max 48 years old, min 3 years experience. Must demonstrate strong leadership, financial literacy, and marketing expertise.
* Assistant Creative Manager: Bachelor’s degree, max 35 years old, min 2 years experience. Proficiency in project management tools like Trello or Asana is essential.
* IT & Asset Development Staff: Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS, max 35 years old, min 1 year experience. Proficiency in networking (CCNA or equivalent) and web development is required.
* Social Media Specialist: Diploma (D3), max 35 years old, min 1 year experience. Must excel in copywriting, trend analysis, and social media analytics.
* Multimedia & Graphic Designer: Bachelor’s degree, max 40 years old, min 1 year experience. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is mandatory.
* Event Activation Specialist: Diploma (D3), max 35 years old, min 1 year experience. Proven experience in vendor management, negotiation, and crisis response.
* General Admin: Diploma (D3), max 35 years old, min 1 year experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.
