## Current Opening: Specialist Trainee – Field Conductor
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Specialist Trainee – Field Conductor. This role is designed for those who are passionate about plantation management and wish to kickstart their career in a high-impact environment.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this professional development role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Agronomy, Plantation Cultivation, Soil Science, Agriculture, or Plant Pests and Diseases.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 2.8.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to two years of relevant field experience will be viewed as a competitive advantage.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy skills, with a solid command of the Microsoft Office suite.
