## Role Overview: Quality Control Operator
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Operator to oversee our production lines. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every product leaving our facility adheres to strict international quality standards, food safety regulations, and halal certification requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Conducting rigorous quality checks within the production line area.
* Ensuring full compliance with food safety protocols and halal production standards.
* Monitoring production processes to identify and mitigate potential quality deviations.
* Maintaining comprehensive documentation regarding product standards and safety compliance.
## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

Educational and Professional Background
* Education: High school graduates with a background in Industrial Chemistry (SMAK) or degree holders (D3/S1) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Food Technology.
* Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in FMCG quality control. Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), SJH (Halal Assurance System), and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) is highly advantageous.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

## General Employment Terms

2. Location: Residing in or willing to commute from the Palembang or Banyuasin areas.
3. Availability: Must be ready to work within a rotating 3-shift system.
4. Health Documentation: Must have received at least the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
5. Compensation: Salary will be provided in accordance with the Banyuasin Minimum Wage (UMK) regulations.
