Candidate Requirements
To qualify for the FGDP, applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or other relevant fields.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of 2 years of professional experience.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* Age Limit: Generally between 22 to 27 years old.
* Commitment: Willingness to be stationed at our mining project sites.
Technical Proficiency
Successful candidates will be responsible for fuel monitoring and logistical data management. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, with specific technical requirements including:
1. Analytical Capability: Ability to monitor stock levels and analyze fuel consumption patterns.
2. Advanced Excel Skills: Mastery of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF, COUNTIFS, and the creation of basic performance dashboards.
