1. Sales & Marketing Executive
We are seeking a results-driven professional to spearhead our market outreach and drive sales success.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
* Generate and maintain high-quality lead databases.
* Craft persuasive proposals and conduct product presentations for potential clients.
* Execute sales strategies to meet company targets.
* Manage client follow-ups and lead complex negotiations.
* Provide consistent, detailed progress reports to management.
* Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline (minimum 3.00 GPA). Background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a plus.
* At least 2 years of experience in marketing within the lift, automotive, or premium property sectors.
* Strong digital marketing acumen, creative problem-solving, and a proactive mindset.

* Core Responsibilities:

* Execute all tasks in strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
* Conduct site visits to perform repairs and inspections at customer locations.
* Interpret technical wiring diagrams and schematics.
* Essential Qualifications:
* Diploma (D3) in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical.
* Minimum 1 year of professional experience in lift maintenance is preferred, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a field service team.
* Possession of active A and C driver’s licenses is an advantage.
