## Management Trainee Program Overview
We are officially opening applications for our Management Trainee program. This initiative is designed to cultivate the next generation of industry leaders through rigorous field experience and professional development.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the Management Trainee program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Graduation Status: Open to current-year graduates and alumni from the previous year.
* Commitment: Willingness to sign a service bond for a duration of 2 years and 6 months.
* Flexibility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our operational sites across Kalimantan or Sumatra.

* Agronomy: Agronomy, Agribusiness, Agroecology, Palm Oil Processing, Forestry, Soil Science, Geography, Plant Pests & Diseases, Geodesy, and Geomatics Engineering.
* Sustainability: Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Waste Management, Fire Safety, and Public Health (with a focus on K3).
* Infrastructure: Civil Engineering, Structural & Building Engineering, and Road & Bridge Engineering.

## Recruitment Process and Schedule
