## Open Positions at PT Tirta Fresindo Jaya
We are seeking dedicated and qualified candidates to join our team in Gowa, South Sulawesi. Please review the following roles to see where your expertise fits best.
1. UHDP Production
This role focuses on managing production targets and ensuring all machinery operates at peak efficiency.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
* GPA: Minimum 3.00.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; one year of prior experience is an added advantage.
* Key Requirements: Strong leadership skills, team-oriented, fluent in English, and willing to work in a 3-shift system. Candidates must agree to a 2-year service bond and be available for placement at any Mayora factory across Indonesia.
2. UHDP Packaging
Responsible for coordinating production targets for packaging materials (preform, cap, and handle grip) and overseeing machine maintenance.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
* GPA: Minimum 3.00.
* Key Requirements: Familiarity with low-current electricity is preferred. Applicants must be fluent in English, capable of leading teams, and comfortable with shift work. A 2-year service bond is required.
3. UHDP Engineering
This position involves optimizing machine performance and enhancing operational productivity through efficient maintenance execution.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
* GPA: Minimum 3.00.
* Key Requirements: Proficient in reading wiring diagrams, strong leadership capabilities, and fluency in English. Candidates must be prepared for a 3-shift rotation and a 2-year service bond.
4. UHDP Maintenance Planner
Tasked with developing budget plans and organizing preventive maintenance schedules according to standardized operational procedures.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
* GPA: Minimum 3.00.
* Key Requirements: Understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is a plus. Applicants must possess strong interpersonal skills, English proficiency, and be willing to commit to a 2-year service bond.
5. UHDP Water Resources
Focuses on coordinating Water Treatment Plant (WTP) operations to meet production quotas and managing material stocks.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
* GPA: Minimum 3.00.
* Key Requirements: Knowledge of WTP and production area machinery is highly valued. Candidates must be fluent in English, adaptable to shift work, and agree to the 2-year service bond.
