The Trainee Journey

3. Placement: Transitioning into a specialized role within your designated department upon successful program completion.
## Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate resilience, intellectual curiosity, and a drive for continuous learning. To qualify for the program, you must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.20.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of two years of full-time experience.
* Communication: Exceptional written and verbal proficiency in English.
* Soft Skills: A strong growth mindset, flexibility, business acumen, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a high-functioning team.
* Relocation: You must be willing to relocate to Cilegon. Please note that the company does not provide relocation assistance.
