We are seeking talented professionals to join our dynamic team at our Tangerang headquarters. Below are the available positions and their respective requirements.
1. Quality Control Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in Agribusiness or the Fresh Goods industry; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Key Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong understanding of ISO standards, customer-centric mindset, and excellent leadership and communication abilities.
2. Senior Associate – Cut Fruit Production
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Food Technology engineering.
* Experience: 1–2 years in the FMCG sector, ideally in a supervisory or coordinator role within food and beverage production.
* Key Skills: Certification in GMP and HACCP is preferred. Candidates must be skilled in data operations, daily production reporting, team management, negotiation, and analytical thinking.
3. Growth Specialist (Dry/Dairy Products)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing, sales, or trade marketing, preferably within the beverage or snack industry.
* Key Skills: Target-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving. Must possess strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or within a collaborative team.
4. Finance Analyst (FMCG)
* Job Description: Conduct branch audits and inspections, prepare performance reviews, analyze monthly financial fluctuations, and manage SOP design and implementation.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in internal or external auditing; experience in a Big 4 accounting firm is highly preferred.
* Key Skills: Expertise in business processes and control activities, high numerical proficiency, and competency in MS Visio and Excel. Willingness to travel for branch audits is required.
5. Tax Specialist
* Job Description: Manage tax payments and reporting, track returns, identify opportunities for tax savings, and maintain the company’s tax database.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in tax accounting, analysis, or reporting. Previous experience in a tax consulting firm is preferred.
* Key Skills: Mastery of taxation laws and accounting software, exceptional numerical and analytical skills, and completion of Brevet A & B courses.
