## General Candidate Qualifications
To ensure a seamless fit into our dynamic operational environment, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender & Age: Male candidates only. Minimum age of 18 years. Maximum age is 26 years for positions (3) and (4), and 35 years for positions (1), (2), (5), (6), and (7).
* Educational Background: Minimum high school graduate (SMA/Equivalent) or higher depending on the specific role.
* Marital Status: Must be single and remain unmarried throughout the duration of the training period (applicable to positions 3 and 4).
* Physical & Mental Fitness: Physically healthy, highly disciplined, and possessing a strong work ethic.
* Location Readiness: Fully willing to be placed in remote company operational areas with limited internet connectivity.
* Mobility: Must own a personal two-wheeled motor vehicle (mandatory for positions 1 and 2).
* Professional Experience:
* Minimum 3 years of experience for positions (1) and (2).
* Minimum 2 years of experience for positions (5) and (6).
* Minimum 1 year of experience for position (7).
## Special Terms, Conditions, and Benefits for Trainees (Positions 3 & 4)
Candidates accepted into the Agronomy Foreman and Clerk Trainee programs will experience a structured professional journey backed by comprehensive company support:
Training and Service Agreement Conditions
* Mandatory participation in a rigorous 3-month foundational education program.
* Submission of the original latest educational diploma to the company, which will be safely returned upon the successful completion of a 2-year service bond.
* Commitment to fulfill a 2-year service bond immediately following graduation from the trainee program.
