Role Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Human Resources and General Affairs functions at the Distribution Center (DC). Core duties include:
* Managing comprehensive employee databases.
* Tracking and monitoring daily attendance records.
* Overseeing payroll processing and accuracy.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; however, prior experience in labor relations or recruitment is considered a distinct advantage.
* Skills: Strong administrative proficiency, excellent communication skills, and fluency in utilizing HR information systems.
* Placement: Must be willing to work on-site in Sagaranten, Sukabumi.
