## Management Trainee (MT) Program 2025

Essential Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the Management Trainee position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Tourism, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or Food Technology.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Language Proficiency: Possession of a TOEFL certificate with a minimum score of 450 is mandatory. Candidates with fluent English proficiency are given preference.
