## Role Overview: HR Generalist
As an HR Generalist, you will be the backbone of our local human resources operations. This role demands a versatile professional capable of handling end-to-end HR functions while ensuring that our organizational culture remains aligned with our global standards.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary objective will be to manage the full spectrum of HR processes, including:
* Talent Acquisition: Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top-tier talent.
* Operations Management: Administering payroll, performance management systems, and compensation & benefits packages.
* Compliance: Ensuring full adherence to Indonesian labor regulations, including the meticulous management of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
* Development: Facilitating psychological assessments and leading employee development programs.
* Administration: Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation to ensure operational efficiency.
## Candidate Requirements
We are seeking a candidate who balances technical HR expertise with strong interpersonal skills. To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or equivalent capacity.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and industry-standard HR best practices.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and hands-on experience with HRIS systems.
* Communication: Fluent in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
* Soft Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently, maintain high levels of confidentiality, and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills.
