Job Description:
Key responsibilities for this position include:
* Developing and meticulously managing the company's fleet portfolio strategy to underpin business expansion and asset optimization.
* Spearheading critical processes such as fleet sourcing, acquisition, leasing, restructuring, and disposal, alongside conducting complex commercial negotiations with lessors, investors, and strategic partners.
* Thoroughly evaluating investment prospects, constructing comprehensive business cases, undertaking feasibility studies, and delivering strategic recommendations pertinent to fleet management.
* Identifying, cultivating, and overseeing business synergy initiatives that generate significant added value for the organization.
* Designing, monitoring, and evaluating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance dashboards specifically related to fleet management functions and investments.
* Managing the systematic identification, mitigation, and ongoing monitoring of business risks, aligning with the established Business and Risk Management System (SPBD) framework.
