## Role Overview
As an Accountant at our Nila Breeding Center, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial integrity and operational efficiency. ## Key Responsibilities
Your primary objective is to manage the financial workflows associated with our breeding operations. Your core responsibilities will include:
* Financial Reporting: Executing precise transaction recording and preparing comprehensive financial statements.
* Cost Management: Calculating production costs, including feed, seed, and overall operational expenses, while determining the accurate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
* Asset Monitoring: Conducting routine monitoring of inventory and biological assets, specifically tracking the growth and health of fish stocks in our ponds.
* Partnership Accounting: Managing the documentation and financial distribution of partnership agreements and profit-sharing schemes.
* Analytical Support: Performing variance analysis to identify operational discrepancies and generating detailed profit reports per cycle or per pond to facilitate data-driven management decisions.
## Candidate Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a blend of technical financial expertise and a readiness to engage with field operations. Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of professional experience in Accounting or Costing roles.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with modern accounting software.
* Core Competencies: High attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
* Operational Mindset: A proactive willingness to understand and engage with on-site fish farming operations.
* Preferred Assets: Previous experience within the fishery or manufacturing sectors is considered a significant advantage.
