* Educational Background: Minimum D3/D4 degree in Civil Engineering.
* Relevant Experience: Preference is given to candidates with a proven track record as a Field Supervisor specifically in irrigation sectors.
* Technical Competency: Deep understanding of irrigation networks, hydraulic structures, and related civil engineering works.
* Analytical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting technical blueprints and construction method statements.
