Technical & Engineering Roles
1. Site Operation Manager
* Minimum S1 degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
* At least 4 years of experience in construction, specifically as a Site Engineer, Field Supervisor, or Executor.
* Proficiency in construction methods, quality control, HSE protocols, and project scheduling (Microsoft Project/Primavera/AutoCAD).
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
2. Site Engineer Manager
* Minimum S1 degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in site engineering, quantity estimation, or equivalent.
* Deep understanding of BoQ, MTO, DED, and shop drawings.
* Ability to manage project costs, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
3. Engineer (EPC Division)
* Minimum D3/S1 in Civil, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
* 2+ years of EPC engineering experience.
* Skilled in Basic Engineering Design (BED) validation, cost estimation, and constructability analysis.
* Based at the Jakarta Head Office.
4. Quantity Surveyor (QS)
* Minimum D3/S1 in Civil Engineering (Fresh graduates encouraged).
* Expertise in volume calculation, unit price analysis, and progress monitoring.
5. Project Executor (Pelaksana)
* Minimum D3/S1 in Civil Engineering (Fresh graduates encouraged).
* Capable of reading shop drawings, managing manpower/equipment forecasting, and reporting progress.
Administrative & Support Roles
* Contract Administration Staff: D3/S1 in Civil Engineering/Architecture; expert in Excel, tender processes, contract law, and BOQ/RAB documentation.
* HSE Officer: Minimum D4/S1 in Engineering (Civil preferred); certified as a General or Construction K3 Expert; at least 1 year of project experience.
* Site Administration Manager: S1 in Accounting/Finance/Management; 4+ years in project administration, cash flow management, and tax documentation.
* Tax Staff: D3/S1 in Accounting/Tax/Fiscal; strong grasp of corporate tax (PPh, PPN); detail-oriented.
* Finance & Accounting Staff (Head Office & Project Sites): D3/S1 in Accounting/Finance; proficient in financial software (Accurate/Zahir) and report generation.
