We are seeking dedicated experts to fill the following roles across our various project sites and headquarters.
1. Instrument Engineer (Code: AIE05)
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional capable of managing complex instrumentation workflows.
* Experience: Minimum 7 years in the oil and gas, palm oil, or process industries.
* Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience in creating engineering documentation, including datasheets, calculations, drawings, and control narratives.
* Equipment Expertise: Skilled in selecting field instruments such as gauges, transmitters, switches, and ATG.
* System Knowledge: Deep understanding of PLC and DCS systems, encompassing selection and operational optimization.
* Sizing Skills: Ability to perform basic sizing for common instruments like control valves, flow elements, and PSVs.
* Review Capability: Strong technical review skills for vendor and contractor documentation.
* Versatility: Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and conduct site visits for supervision or surveys.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional coordination capabilities for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
2. Electrical Engineer (Code: AET08)
We are looking for an electrical expert to ensure our projects meet the highest standards of safety and functionality.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 5 years of experience in industrial construction projects.
* Standards Knowledge: Strong command of PUIL, SNI, and relevant international electrical standards.
* Background: Previous experience working with contractors or as a supervising consultant is highly desirable.
* Availability: Priority given to candidates who are currently not bound by existing contracts.
3. Project Control (Code: APC10)
This position is vital for maintaining the efficiency and financial health of our large-scale EPC projects.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
* Experience: At least 3 years in a project control capacity, preferably within the oil and gas or petrochemical sectors.
* Strategic Skills: Proficient in project management processes, including cost estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and progress tracking.
* Software Mastery: Expert knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar project management software.
* Reporting: Ability to deliver detailed progress reports and performance metrics to senior management and clients.
* Communication: High-level verbal and written communication skills.
4. Mechanical Engineer (Code: AML11)
We seek a mechanical professional to provide technical design and construction oversight.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, preferably within industrial plant settings.
* Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of national and international mechanical design codes and standards.
* Collaboration: Capable of working both independently and effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
