## Open Position: Warehouse Staff
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our logistics and supply chain division. The Warehouse Staff role is integral to maintaining the efficiency of our production cycles and ensuring the highest standards of inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
To ensure optimal warehouse functionality, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
* Inventory Management: Oversee the intake, storage, and issuance of raw materials, strictly adhering to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) protocols.
* Accuracy Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and full stock opname procedures to guarantee inventory precision.
* Compliance Standards: Maintain storage environments in strict accordance with SOP, GMP, HACCP, Halal, and OHS (K3) regulations.
* Team Leadership: Supervise forklift operators and general warehouse personnel, ensuring efficient daily workflow distribution.
* Operational Excellence: Maintain an organized, clean, and secure facility that meets safety standards.
* Reporting: Manage thorough documentation of warehouse activities and promptly address any inventory discrepancies.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate effectively with PPIC, Purchasing, Production, QA, and QC departments to align material flow with production requirements.
* Performance Targets: Ensure all warehouse operations align with company KPIs and productivity goals.
Professional Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Female candidate with a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field of study.
2. Experience: A minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred, though exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
