The Warehouse Administrator ensures seamless logistical operations, overseeing everything from material receipt and storage to complex inbound/outbound documentation.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing administrative workflows, coordinating inventory movements with relevant departments, and maintaining accurate records.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse setting, preferably within the dairy or food and beverage industry.
* Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel is highly preferred.
* Strong understanding of production planning and inventory control.
* Must be willing to work in a shift system.
2. Warehouse Checker (Location: Surabaya)
This role is critical for quality assurance at the logistics level, ensuring that all goods are accurately accounted for during every stage of the supply chain.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing the receipt, storage, picking, and dispatching of goods, while coordinating closely with Production and Quality Control teams for seamless handovers.
* Qualifications:
